Toronto is a cool city, it has everything from a busy center to a relaxing Island just in front of the city with a beautiful view of the skyline, the CN Tower and a few parks, nice neighbourhoods with lots of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants.

Here as well we would meet another cousin of Melina. Alex picked us up at the airport and let us stay in his recently bought apartment in downtown Toronto. Thanks a lot again!!

The first day we spent on our own in the city, some touristy stuff like visiting CN Tower and the hockey hall of fame. The next day Alex was able to take a day off from work and we spent the day at the Niagara Falls. Not only did we see the falls, we got almost completely wet on the boat when we approached the falls by boat. Luckily we had ponchos?. Before we made our way back to the city we managed to play Minigolf in what felt like 45 degrees…?. A nice dinner in one of Totonto West best restaurants endef the day.

The next day we took the ferry to Toronto Island. It takes only about 15 minutes to get there. The beach to the open lake looks like at the sea…no land in sight! It was another hot day but unfortunately we had not enough time to lay on the beach…our rental car was waiting…
